Baked Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

First: Prepare the lobster tails
Slit the tail: Use sharp kitchen scissors to cut the top of the shell toward the tail (only on the top side), then separate the meat from the shell, keeping it attached at the tip.
Lift the meat: Gently pull the meat up and out from inside the shell so that it sits on top, but without completely separating it—this gives a professional appearance when serving.
Second: Prepare the Butter Mixture
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Add the crushed garlic and stir for just a minute, until fragrant but not burning.
Add the lemon juice, black pepper, and paprika, and stir well.
Let the mixture cool slightly.
Third: Season and Cook
Generously brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
Preheat the oven to “broil” over high heat.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Broil the tails for 8–10 minutes (depending on size) or until the meat is opaque and golden brown on top.
