Christmas Apricot and Walnut Fruitcake

โ€ข 1 1/2 cups raisins

โ€ข 2 cups dried apricots, roughly chopped

โ€ข 1 1/4 cups white sugar

โ€ข 1 cup salted butter, softened

โ€ข 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

โ€ข 4 large eggs

โ€ข 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

โ€ข 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

โ€ข 1 teaspoon baking powder

โ€ข 2 cups glace cherries, roughly chopped (I used one cup red and one cup green)
