Crispy Chicken Strips
- Prepare the chicken:
Cut the chicken breasts into even strips.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside for a few minutes.
- Prepare the coating:
Place the flour on a plate.
In a separate plate, beat the eggs.
On another plate, place the breadcrumbs.
- Coat the chicken:
First, dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, making sure each strip is fully covered.
- Cooking:
Frying: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken strips for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Baking: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the coated chicken strips on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

- Serve the crispy chicken strips with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, barbecue sauce, or honey mustard.
