🥄 How to Craft Your Toothpaste and Onion Juice Blend
This simple recipe takes just minutes to prepare and uses ingredients you likely already have. Follow these steps to create your natural hair removal elixir:
What You’ll Need
- 1 tablespoon plain white toothpaste (avoid gels or whitening formulas with hydrogen peroxide).
- 1 teaspoon fresh onion juice (extracted from grated or blended onions).
- A small bowl for mixing.
Step 1: Extract the Onion Juice
- Peel and grate one small onion using a fine grater, or blend it into a pulp.
- Squeeze the pulp through a cheesecloth or fine strainer to collect the juice. Aim for 1 teaspoon of fresh juice.
Step 2: Mix the Magic
- In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of plain white toothpaste with 1 teaspoon of onion juice.
- Stir until you have a smooth, even paste.
Step 3: Apply to Your Skin
- Cleanse the target area (upper lip, arms, legs, underarms, etc.) and pat dry.
- Apply a thin layer of the mixture using your fingers or a clean spatula.
- Let it sit for 15–20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic.
Step 4: Remove and Rinse
- Gently rub the area in circular motions to exfoliate and loosen hair.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.
- Follow with a light moisturizer, like coconut oil, to soothe the skin.
Step 5: Stay Consistent
- Repeat 2–3 times per week for best results. While it won’t remove hair instantly, consistent use may lead to finer, less noticeable hair over time.
