Homemade Coffee Iced Banana Loaf


Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the melted butter.
Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and mix well.
Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine.
Add the flour and mix until just incorporated.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
While the bread is cooling, prepare the coffee glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Drizzle the coffee glaze over the cooled banana bread before slicing and serving.
