What you need
- 1 tablespoon of borax (available in stores or online)
- 100g caster sugar (to attract ants)
- 250 ml of hot water (to dissolve the mixture well)
- Cotton balls or pieces of cardboard (to place the bait)
- A small container (for mixing ingredients)
How to prepare and use this bait?

Prepare the mixture
- In a container, mix the borax, sugar and hot water.
- Stir until the ingredients are completely dissolved.

Create the bait
Soak cotton balls with the mixture or pour it onto small pieces of cardboard.

Place in strategic locations
Place the bait near areas where ants pass through: kitchen, worktop , entrances (doors, windows) and wet rooms (sink, bathroom)
