How to Make Garlic & Olive Oil Remedy for Pain Relief
Ingredients:
✔ 5-6 garlic cloves (crushed or minced)
✔ ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil on low heat (do not boil).
- Add the crushed garlic and let it infuse for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Strain the oil to remove garlic pieces.
- Store in a glass jar or bottle.
How to Use It?
🔸 Massage – Apply warm oil to the affected areas (legs, knees, joints). Gently massage for 5-10 minutes before bed.
🔸 Overnight Wrap – After massaging, wrap the area with a warm cloth and leave it overnight for deeper absorption.
