No-Bake Raspberry Cheesecake in a Glass

Ingredients:
For the biscuit base:

80 g of biscuits (speculoos, petits-beurres or digestives)

40 g melted butter

For the cheesecake cream:

250 g of fresh cheese such as Philadelphia or St Môret

100 ml of very cold whole liquid cream

50 g of icing sugar

1 tsp liquid vanilla (or vanilla sugar)
