4. Baking:
The next morning, preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Toast the bread for 30-35 minutes or until golden and browned on top.
Once toasted, completely out of the Chinese oven.
5. Add the sugar bouillon:
Sprinkle the sugar on the top of the toast.
If you want to prepare a crunchy surface like a brulee, use a crème brulee torch (or you can put it under the broiler in the oven in a small amount and monitor it from the technique until the sugar is nice and caramelized).
6. Serving:
Serve the French toast with crème brûlée immediately after adding the caramelized sugar, and decorate it with different fruits such as berries or bananas if necessary.
Extra tips:
If you want to get more makeup, you can add layers of songs or raisins between the layers before playing on top.
Make sure the bread is completely absorbed when baking.
You can add a distinctive flavor such as juice juice or a little sprinkle of nutmeg to the sugar mixture according to taste.
Expect a large French toast with crème brûlée in various flavors with a party of crunchy caramel in the big one!
