1 large ripe avocado
100g crab meat (or canned crab meat)
1 small grapefruit (or 1/2 pink pomelo)
1/2 lemon (for the juice)
1 tbsp mayonnaise (or cream cheese such as St Môret)
1 tsp mild mustard
1 small sprig of fresh dill
1 pinch of pink peppercorns
Salt and pepper
1 lemon or orange wedge (for decoration)
