In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer sauce for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
Serve sauce over spaghetti and garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
Notes:
Add a pinch of sugar if the sauce tastes too acidic.
Pair with garlic bread for a complete meal!
