4 boiled eggs
2 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, blended
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp curry powder
œ tsp turmeric
Salt & pepper
Fresh coriander
Method:
Fry onions and garlic in oil, add tomatoes and spices. Simmer until thick. Add boiled eggs (whole or halved). Cook 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice or bread.

1 cucumber, sliced
1 tomato, diced
Black olives
Feta cheese
Olive oil & oregano
Method:
Arrange vegetables and eggs in a bowl. Sprinkle with feta, drizzle with olive oil, and season with oregano.
