🧾 Ingredients:

  • Fresh or dried rosemary sprigs (organic if possible)

🛠️ Tools You’ll Need:

  • Oven or dehydrator (if starting with fresh rosemary)

  • Baking tray (for oven method)

  • Blender, spice grinder, or mortar and pestle

  • Fine mesh sieve (optional)

  • Airtight container for storage

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

✅ Step 1: Dry the Rosemary (If Using Fresh)

If your rosemary is already dried, skip to Step 2.

Oven-Drying Method:

  1. Rinse the fresh rosemary sprigs and pat them completely dry.

  2. Spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  3. Bake at the lowest oven temperature (around 180°F or 80°C) for 2–3 hours, or until the leaves are brittle.

  4. Let them cool completely.
